What matters to me?

I want to live a life that truly matters, both for myself and for the world around me. Like many people, I’m driven by the desire to make a significant impact and create change, whether it’s on a personal level or within my community. This drive motivates me to take action, whether it’s trying out a new job, moving to a different city, or picking up a new habit. Even seemingly small things like getting a good night’s sleep or taking time for hobbies can make a difference in the long run.

Every day, I do a lot of things that I hope will add up to something meaningful. I attend countless zoom meetings, meet new people, connect with my community, help others, and pursue creative projects like painting, writing, and kindling. These actions might not seem like much on their own, but I believe that each one has the potential to contribute to something bigger.

To stay intentional in my actions, I’m writing this blog post to manifest my intentions with a personal impact graph. I want to be able to track my progress and see how each small step I take leads me closer to my ‘desired’ outcomes from this one life.

my personal impact graph

I’ve managed to do things that I love to do, which not just helped me make money but also build an audience to keep doing that in repeat mode. This what next attitude of looking for more dopamine shots, is not sustainable. And, none of my work has reached 10x scale, yet. None of my actions scaled me, personally. The only way to do big impact is to take action where I can reach a maximum number of people. This graph helps me understand what truly matters to me and align my actions with my values.

My main goal is to stay in the game, it is not about winning or losing now. There are no rules, or clear end points. At the end of the day, I believe that there’s abundance and we all have the power to make a positive impact on the world, no matter how big or small. By staying persistent and intentional in our actions, we can create change and achieve the outcomes that matter most to us.

I hope to live a life that is full of purpose and meaning.
